10 different Buddha postures / asanas

  1. The Lotus Pose (Padmasana) - a seated posture where the legs are crossed, with each foot placed on the opposite thigh

  2. The Warrior Pose (Virabhadrasana) - a standing posture with legs wide apart and arms raised above the head

  3. The Mountain Pose (Tadasana) - a standing posture with feet together and arms raised above the head

  4. The Seated Meditation Pose (Dhyana) - a seated posture with legs crossed and hands resting on the knees

  5. The Reclining Pose (Shavasana) - a supine pose with the legs slightly apart and the arms by the sides

  6. The Child's Pose (Balasana) - a kneeling posture with the head resting on the floor and arms stretched forward

  7. The Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana) - a prone posture with arms lifted off the ground and the head raised

  8. The Downward-Facing Dog Pose (Adho Mukha Svanasana) - a standing posture where the hands and feet are on the ground and the hips are raised towards the sky

  9. The Half Lotus Pose (Ardha Padmasana) - a seated posture with one foot resting on the opposite thigh and the other foot resting on the floor

  10. The Hero Pose (Virasana) - a seated posture with the knees bent and the feet tucked under the thighs.
